Had an excellent experience working with Dave - he had to have shown me 30 places before I found the one that I finally purchased. He was very responsive, and accommodating of my schedule.
He also pointed out if there were any concerns with a place that I hadn’t noticed, not just trying to convince me a place is perfect to make a sale. e.g. He noticed that a townhouse which I really liked had a dip in the floor and realized there may have been some settling in the building, we then found crack in the foundation downstairs which could potentially have led to a very huge expense later on. He was also great helping me figure out how much something would truly cost considering the upgrades I’d want and the costs of future repairs.
Overall, Dave seems to have a lot of integrity, he’s responsive and helpful, and I’d recommend him as a realtor to anybody.
