He was very responsive, and accommodating of my schedule. He also pointed out if there were any concerns with a place that I hadn’t noticed, not just trying to convince me a place is perfect to make a sale. e.g. He noticed that a townhouse which I really liked had a dip in the floor and realized there may have been some settling in the building, we then found crack in the foundation downstairs which could potentially have led to a very huge expense later on. He was also great helping me figure out how much something would truly cost considering the upgrades I’d want and the costs of future repairs. Overall, Dave seems to have a lot of integrity, he’s responsive and helpful, and I’d recommend him as a realtor to anybody.

Our house is a new build and the builder was urging us to not go with a realtor and said we could get a lower price without one. Despite that we still went with Dave and he ended up negotiating us a lower price for it anyways. He is excellent at what he does and during the home inspection he even found something the home inspector missed. It is hard to imagine going through this process without having Dave in our corner - he took away lots of headaches. We would recommend him to friends & family.
